To improve the team cohesiveness, promote communication and enrich staff afterhours life, as the second half of 2023 begins, we Amongo organized a two days one night trip. All staff arrive to the company at 9am on July 1st and start as a group.
About two and half a hours by bus, we arrived to the hotel and had dinner. After a little rest, we gathered at the gate of the hotel at 14:00 to carry out the team building projects. And totally 5 projects and we all were diviced into 3 groups to form teams and PK.

In this team building projects, each person contributes their physically and mentally to his or her team.
In the process, each person contributes physically and mentally to his or her team. For a common goal, every one is working very hard together. This make us realize that ① Follow the rules, those who refuse to obey the rules might lose. ② Believe in yourself and challenge yourself. Although the goal is out of reach, as long as the team is united and forging ahead toward the goal. Although it cannot be achieved overnight, but we will succeed iin breaking through after working hard and keep on going.
The next day is drifting trip that we were looking forward to. After finished the breakfast, Let’s go!
With half hour winding mountain road, we arrived. On the way dense forest, the babbling streams can be seen everywhere. The air is so fresh, what a nice natural oxygen bar!

In pairs and down to the river
It was a thrilling ride and we reached to the end of the drift amid screams of excitement and laughter. With a little joy and nostalgia to end the journey, this activity also let us gain morele and confidence. We believe that at the second half of the year with our Amongo cohesion, we will surely break through the thorns, ride the wind and waves, and accumulate the power to bloom!
